Weekend working is a major challenge for us. We try to do as much as we can to make the weekend rota as fair as possible, as we still need to maintain great levels of service for our Customers. We’ve tweaked rotas to remove some aspects that were particularly problematic and we’ll keep listening to your views.
I’m glad you recognise the salary and big company benefits. I’d also add that the engagement scores for our field teams are much higher than any other big company with a field workforce.
