Always being reviewed and updated - inclusive workforce - amazing development opportunities for those who want to progress and own their own career - listens to feedback from employees and involves them in decisions HomeServe had an amazing reaction to the Covid pandemic. They got all office based staff working from home safely within weeks, no mean feet for a company with a huge contact centre population. No employees were furloughed, nor lost their job due to the pandemic. If that wasn't enough, there was also the NHS initiative, which was unprecedented and made everyone so immensely proud to work for HomeServe, to be able to support our NHS workers in the way we could, was truly fantastic. I can't recommend HomeServe enough as a place to work, if you have the right behaviours and the right attitude - you will do well.
