Pros

Interview process is fairly straightforward (telephone interview followed by competancy based face -to-face interview). Initial training for the role takes 5 weeks and is of a good standard. In general the company seems friendly towards new staff. A pay progression system for frontline staff has recently been introduced.

Cons

Parking is difficult. New employees are allocated to a car park which is a very, very, long walk to the building. Some mis-information about the parking arrangements was given by the interviewer in response to my questions. Initial pay scales are quite low (although there are opportunities for progression).

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
