It looks like your experience is similar to mine in that although no company is perfect the current situation at HomeServe is very empowering and you do get a real sense of purpose through the service we provide our Customers. I agree that we can do more on professional development and there are plans in place. We just need to make those plans into a reality this coming year. We still have a lot to do but we are definitely heading in the right direction.
