Pros

The team I work with want the best for the Customers, shame the management doesn’t care at all about ms x or mr y, just get ABCD-123456789 processed quicker and quicker.

Cons

Can’t even say ‘hello my name is xxx’ anymore As it takes time, from the precious AHT, in a disaster people should be made to feel at ease not rushed through a ‘process’. Too much focus on the green metrics for the heads of and directors and no longer on the Customer. Horrible atmosphere now we are remote too,

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
