Pros
Ive worked for HomeServe for 9 years and have seen major changes in the ethos of HomeServe, HomeServe really look after their staff and even more importatntly they look after their customers, HomeServe are not just an insurance company after money but really assess the needs of the customers by empowering their staff to do the right thing. The senior mangement team are absolutly fantastic and by having such a strong structire allows the staff to do the right thing. The benefits that they provide to the staff are outstanding and you really do feel part of the company and not just a number as i said they really do look after their staff which means their staff are happy and are more than willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend Home-serve as place to work and as an insurance company Im looking forward to many many more years with the company and i am excited about our future.

After 9 years in the company and the changes ive seen that have been implemented , i can honestly say that i have no cons of working for HomeServe.
