The change in focus to getting it right for the customer means that it is a place where you believe in the company and the service that you are providing and staff have the power to go above what is expected when it is the right thing to do. Replicating this focus internally for the employees will ensure that HomeServe continues to be a great place to work and will continue to grow in the right way. HS gives the staff great benefits that has a real recognition scheme which encourages a "Thank You" culture.
Cons
Although this is not expected from management it is easy to slip into working long hours and weekends in order to deliver what is required which can impact on your work/life balance.
