Pros

Enables people to do the right thing for both employees and customers. The atmosphere is positive and the amount of support you are provided is excellent.

Cons

As the company is in growth, it is becoming a little tight in the contact centre. Maybe some plans can be drawn up to reallocate the space in a more accommodating way.

I agree it is getting a bit tight in the Ryder Building. I've asked some teams to move back across the car park to HQ but no one wants to leave the buzz of the contact center. Plan B then is to build 5 new meeting rooms on the ground floor and then take out one of the "command" centers which take up a lot of space. We have the plans agreed and the building should start soon. Ryder is designed to hold 750 people and we only have 600 so it is all about getting a bit smarter. Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
