Pros
I’ve never worked for a company where the CMO and CEO are more dedicated and committed to doing the right thing for their Customers and their People. People engagement is key at HomeServe, the Senior Management Team go to great lengths to listen their People and acknowledge their hard work.
Cons
Some of the systems are quite old meaning the processes are lengthy. Although reasonable, I feel the wages can be quite low compared to other companies.
