I'm a Director in the People department here at HomeServe. I’m really sorry to read your comments particularly that you feel employees aren't valued.
It's genuinely not my experience that this is the case and for that reason, I'd really welcome the opportunity to understand your concerns in much more detail and hopefully, work with you to address them.
