Pros

Entrepreneurial culture. Lots of challenges and changes.

Cons

Cut throat. Lots of turnover in staff so inconsistent strategy. UK went through a very bad. Growth was in US. May now be some light at the end of the tunnel in the UK.

It is your review but I'm surprised by a few aspects. Martin our CEO introduced our Effortless strategy back in January 2014. We have not changed a word of it since and have 3 times pulled every staff member in the company into a cascade meeting to reinforce that we are still working to that strategy. We had an FCA sales review last fall and they noted that they had never been in a company where the front line staff has such good knowledge of the corporate strategy. This review is about the UK business but as you note the US business is growing rapidly. The UK business is also growing again but you can read all about that in the annual results which had good news for Customers, Shareholders, and our People.

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
