Pros

I have been working for Homeserve as a outbound customer service representative for just under a year now, i genuinely love my job, my team and my colleagues. Its the type of place where your opinions matter, you are empowered to do the right thing and you have support when needed. Feedback is welcome as the company is always looking on ways in which we can improve to enhance the experience for both customers and colleagues alike and it is truly a pleasure to come to work each day.The company has great values which you can see in the people you meet within the company. We have some good benefits as well which is a bonus.

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
