Pros
My last review was mostly good but mixed with some trepidation that old mistakes would not truly be addressed - How wrong could I be - 2 years later and we really are customer focused with the customer being at the heart of everything we do, even if it's commercially expensive - not only that but the Company has put it's people first too - we have a fantastic benefits package and engagement has gone through the roof with specially organised events that must cost a fortune in time and effort and financial expense but have resulted in us all being WOWed.
Cons
Financial rewards are still an issue but the worst times are behind us and given the Company's view of treating it's people as fairly as they can I would like to think that pay and bonuses will improve as we grow bigger and better
