Pros
This company has come a long way over the past 3-4 years and I have been part of that journey. - Great People at all levels! This isn't something I have been able to say about previous companys I have worked at. The CMO, CEO etc are all very approachable, open & honest. This is a big thing in such a huge company. You don't feel like a number here. - Engagement. Fun Fun Fun - We work hard here but we play equally as hard and this is supported so much that it has become embedded as a value! I never thought that this type of thing would ever appear on my PDR?! - Customer values. Everybody genuinely cares. That is a really easy thing to say but HomeServe really live these values. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, we constantly challenge ourselves around processes, service and just generally the right thing to do (even when there is no commercial benefit but in fact a loss!) - HomeServe are not afraid to admit their mistakes. This company is a family. A big one, but it is definitely a family rather than a bunch of people sitting in offices across the UK. It is a great place full of passionate driven people.
Cons
There could be more interdepartmental engagement more often. This isn't really a con but it is really the only thing I can think of.
