Pros

Genuine focus on customer, not another company that pretends to put customer at heart - we really do. Not perfect yet but we're working on it. Big time & financial investment in people - everything from a surprise free icecream through to fun fair at Halloween for staff and their families. It's busy, plenty to get stuck into and a big 200 person marketing team so lots of career opportunities.

Cons

There are a few people who try to hold things back or have dodgy behaviours (but they exist in every company) - they're rare - and consist of long terms and new people. Too many Directors and Heads, need more junior and mid managers. HR & recruitment needs a rocket - they let down the rest of us. Too many forms, excuses and responsiveness is mostly poor - it's poor as new starter and recruiting people.

Thanks for the feedback. I'd love to have a chat with you about the need for less senior positions. I think your observation is a good one but maybe we can discuss it. I've brought in a lot of experience intentionally as we enter a growth phase of the business. I do however make mistakes just like anyone else which is why a coffee to discuss your view would be good. Please grab Sam for some time. I'd love to understand a bit better.

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
