10yThere is a longer comment from Thomas on the nearly identical review from yesterday. We are not going to be going back to the sales incentive led culture that let so many Customers down and nearly destroyed the company. As the years roll by don't you think it is time to go if you can't over it. We are turning down new applicants all the time. Please just give them your spot if you think working in our call centre is 1* due to pay. Also I notice your comment on suicide which looks like it is just copied from the previous review but that is very serious thing to say and this is an anonymous review so I can't help you directly. Please see your GP, the People team, or any manager if that is the truly the case.
