Pros

The team that i work with are great and help each other all the time. Its tough being front line staff due to call volumes, but the support that i get from my management team make it easier.

Cons

I feel as company we are getting better at communication and doing the right thing, but we are still reactive rather than pro active a lot of the time. This can then lead to frustration and stress for front line and CSTM's

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
