Pros

- SMT are welcoming and approachable. One of our promises is Date to Care, this is shown daily by the Frontline people who talk to our Customers day in and day out. If we cant help them then we will go out of our way TO help them. What other company does this? - Engagement within Homeserve is great with over 81% of our people saying so. THey set a goal that by 2020 we wanted 80% engagement - Guess what - Smashed it! - Treated as humans and not a number

- Nothing really - When you love somewhere you just love somewhere.

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
