Pros
- Customer focused culture - A great set of People values that everyone was involved in creating and has bought into - Clear strategic direction - Strong leadership group - Investment in new technology In a nutshell its a great place to work. I've been with the business for 6 years so I have been fortunate to see the changes happen before my eyes - it's been terrific, and the great thing is we are only part way through the journey and there is lots more to come.
Cons
Still some silos here and there, a few dysfunctional relationships, the traffic round Walsall isn't great - I'm having to work quite hard to fish out negatives. NB. Based on Glassdoors decision to exclude us from their 2016 top employers list (even though we had the top score in the country) I can only assume that working for a Home Assistance business in the Walsall does carry the sort of juice that working for a global travel retailer would do... I guess you could consider that a con... I can live with it though.
