10yThank you for providing this review. It's always difficult when changing pay arrangements to come up with a solution that everyone is happy with. The changes made were in direct response to feedback we were getting from engineers about the levels of base pay being too low, making it difficult to get mortgages agreed. So we changed the balance to give higher levels of base pay. We didn't get the bonus element of the scheme right first time, so we listened to engineers and changed it again - the changes were direct suggestions from engineers. We did communicate that we were looking to change pay arrangements for several months before the changes were introduced.
I am sorry that you are unhappy with the changes that were made. It's a real shame to lose good engineers as they provide great service to our Customers, so we do try and keep them where possible. Thank you again for your comments and very best wishes for the future.
