Pros

I joined HomeServe permanently last September, having worked as a consultant with them for 18 months, and so far I have loved every minute with them. The leadership team are focused on delivering for our customers and our people and really do challenge and support you to be the best you can be.

Cons

Some of our systems need to be updated to reflect our ambitions to be the UK's leading home assistance company. The programme of investment in our people, processes and systems is testament to the belief in the strategic journey we are on.

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
