Pros
I have been at homeserve now for a month and a half , and i am delighted to say that I am having the best experience in terms of the last jobs i have had in the past. I had a 3 week training programme which was very fun aswell as educational. My trainer was Pete Gingell who made the training sessions very interesting and there was always activites going on in training to ensure that none of the group was getting bored. The training was very enjoyable and although the training seems very intense i can assure you that once you hit the floor it is a second nature! It is my 3rd week on the floor and I must say that i already feel comfortable and confident in taking calls. I really enjoy working here becasue every one is so helpful, and there is a lot of job oppurtunities available. People at homeserve are very helpful and are willing to help you and get the best out of you. I also feel that time goes very fast as you enjoy what you do. I can not wait to pass my 6 month probation perios so i can progress in my job oppurtunities for homeserve.
Cons
I havent experienced no cons in homeserve, I really am enjoying working here.
