Pros
Returned after 3 years and what a great place to work. There is a positive, can do vibe about the place. The employees feel empowered by the Customer First charter. Open door policy with the management. Love the fact that they not only support local charities, but also they support Sports Relief and Comic Relief by taking calls on the night, whilst providing staff and volunteers with pizza, drinks and goodies.
Cons
Not a lot, we all want more money for less hours, but that's the case everywhere . So all in all no real cons
