Pros
I've been with the business for just over a year. I joined because I knew the majority of the leadership team and had worked with them before at a previous company. We had a great way of working before at the previous company and plenty of success. Are we trying to replicate what we had before? No, we are taking the best bits, adding new elements and combining them with the People who have been there for a long time and know HomeServe best. We are building a special company. A company that understand People no longer buy products and services, they buy relationships, stories and magic.
Cons
We're not perfect, there's plenty still to do and this year will be one with a lot of change. The culture is great but I worry that if we lost a couple of key senior people there would be the potential to slip back into old ways.
