Pros
HomePointe HealthCare is a wonderful place to work, we have the best team of nurses and aides around. The HomePointe administrative team truly cares about each staff member and supports them to their fullest ability. Being a pediatric based agency allows for each day to be both fun and fulfilling. I cannot imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
The only con that I can think of is that there are so many children with complex medical needs in our communities who still need nurses to care for them and HomePointe is not always able to admit due to the need to hire more qualified staff. The more nurses who work with HomePointe=the more kids will receive the care that they need.
