Hours a great. Money and benefits are the best. The people you work with are helpful and are there when you have a question.

This really isn’t a con, but the hours also are long, so less time with the family or to yourself.

I guess it would have to be a decent paycheck.

In order to get that paycheck you have to grind it out morning to night sometimes 6 days a week. And there is little if any real integrity amongst management.
