Benefits. That's it. I'm the lowest paid employee here but I have to assist everyone else making more money than me. I am expected to assist with everything

Lack of communication. Lack of accountability. Lack of respect. Poor performers are praised while hard workers are pushed to the shadows

Pros

Hours a great. Money and benefits are the best. The people you work with are helpful and are there when you have a question.

Cons

This really isn’t a con, but the hours also are long, so less time with the family or to yourself.

I guess it would have to be a decent paycheck.

Cons

In order to get that paycheck you have to grind it out morning to night sometimes 6 days a week. And there is little if any real integrity amongst management.
