Pros

Plenty of hours. When training is done, you get your own truck. Training in Washington is all paid for, sets you up to succeed, gives you all the tools for the job.

Cons

Long hours! training is too long, not everyone needs 4 weeks. Some of the supervisors DON’T have your back.

Hours a great. Money and benefits are the best. The people you work with are helpful and are there when you have a question.

Cons

This really isn’t a con, but the hours also are long, so less time with the family or to yourself.

I guess it would have to be a decent paycheck.

Cons

In order to get that paycheck you have to grind it out morning to night sometimes 6 days a week. And there is little if any real integrity amongst management.
