Supportive management and good pay, but poor collaboration - HSEF Engineer Honeywell Employee Review

Honeywell is a well-known company and although I have only been an employee for 2 days, the processes and procedures seem to be flawless.

completing day 2 of my new employment so I do not know as of today.

My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
