Will hire designers straight from school, without experience in the industry. Will teach you what you need to know about working in an main stream fashion company in Israel.
Cons
Not much creative satisfaction. Stressful work environment due to a very stressy owner. Very little value to human resources, rather replace workers quite often then raise their pay.
