Sad decline for a company I used to believe in - Anonymous employee Honor Employee Review

-drastic decline in company culture in the past two years -inexperienced department mangers and senior leadership -leadership often doesn't know how to interact positively with staff (saying "good morning" or "how are you?" can go a long way with staff) -unapproachable HR -several layoffs instilling lack of job security -catty culture of women hating women -benefit package as a whole isn't great (but it is still considered a startup)
