6yThank you for your review. Our industry is certainly a challenge, as we are always seeking to help families find caregivers that they love. Organizational restructuring early in 2020 and then COVID have led us to make some difficult decisions about setting up our team structure to adapt to the dynamic times. Despite these changes, we feel very optimistic about the future and the growth potential ahead.
