4yThank you for your review! We are glad that you are happy with our decision to remain remote first as a company and that our efforts in inclusion and mental health have made a positive impact. We also appreciate your feedback about recognition. No matter where we are in our career, recognition for good work is important to all of us. At Honor, we see how much of themselves our employees put into their work. And the quality of that work humbles us. While we make it a point to show our appreciation in several ways, such as the Shoutouts channel on Slack, the monthly Honor Roll awards, and appreciation bonuses for our field ops team in recognition of their COVID response, we will continue to explore more ways to make employees feel seen and valued.
