Pros

Good salary Decent benefits Interesting problems to solve

Cons

You either buy into the toxicity and normalize it or you get out the first chance you get. If you are connected to the leadership from prior employment, then you are free to do as you please. Ineffective and difficult people in leadership who yell in meetings and blame managers/directors for every little thing, resource constrain the teams and expect a never ending list of deliverables. High stress levels, misaligned goals, finger pointing culture that is sold as "it is what it is". A survey was sent out on employee engagement with "lack of trust in leadership" identified as one of the top areas of improvement. It has been months and absolutely nothing has been done to address any of the issues brought up by the employees.
