A company that promotes caring and health doesn't seem to care about their frontline employees - Response Team Specialist Honor Employee Review

Pros

- This is a good cause. Helping older folks get the in home care they need. - The pay was okay, but it definitely could have been better. - My direct manager was working with me on changing my schedule to my needs, which was nice. A week after it was adjusted to my liking, the higher ups laid off me and most of the Response Team.

Cons

- Directionless. Your goals will change each month. When I first started, the goal was to speak with the clients on the phone to potentially get a local rep in the door to sell them our product. Even if we set up the meeting over the phone, but the local rep didn't make the sale, it was our fault. They changed this to either 3 hours on phones or at least 70 calls made, and no one was hitting these goals, but we got either written up or warned anyways. - PTO and Sick time were combined, and you only earned 3 hours (roughly) every 2 weeks. - If you had to take a sick day, you would get a warning if it was a busy day (which you had no way of knowing in advance). - No bonuses. - Micro-Managing. - Constant company change ups.
