      Good salary for the area

      Cons

      Professionals have a constant fear of being terminated as scapegoats for the horrible conditions the institute is in. Management is cruel, thoughtless and micro managers. The 16 hour days and working every weekend are not enough for the "off with their head" attitudes of the ones who in charge.

      Pros

      Supportive and approachable leadership, great team culture, and a positive work environment. HR and management communicate well, and employees are encouraged to grow and take on new challenges. Work-life balance is respected, and there’s flexibility when needed.

      Cons

      Like any organization, a few internal processes could be more streamlined, but leadership is receptive to feedback and open to making improvements.
