I've been in the health care business for about 25 years and I had the best orientation with comprehensive teaching. Also, it was great to meet the staff "behind the scenes". Very transparent management with focus on training and patient quality of care.
Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

Very few that significantly impacted my work and morale.

A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
