      The company and management are invested in their employees, Clients and families. There is alot of heart in this company. Great benefits and lots of support

      Cons

      The same challenges that face the medical field, too much paperwork not enough time to do it. Not specific to HHCRI and the computers help alot

      Pros

      Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Very few that significantly impacted my work and morale.

      Great team work and wonderfully dedicated field workers.

      Cons

      A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
