      Pros

      Very good at their niche of Hospice and Palliative.

      Cons

      No work life balance in homecare, terrible EMR for professional use.The EMR is terrible, not made for home care or in home hospice care. It was optimized for their other focus of care inpatient hospice. The company does not do homecare well at all. They closed their RI branch, and the MA branch of homecare had ALL THEIR NURSES LEAVE.

      Pros

      Collaborative approach, variety of experiences, truly heartfelt mission. Employees are all there out of a sense of dedication to alleviating human suffering at end of life. Most dedicated single group of people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Very few that significantly impacted my work and morale.

      Great team work and wonderfully dedicated field workers.

      Cons

      A CEO who has checked out. Managers who are only focused on looking good - not doing good and certainly not carrying the mission forward.
