Significant and ongoing leadership changes created a negative environment where everyone is fearful for their job. While some of the changes may have been needed and will be helpful in the future the poor handling and communications shifted the focus from the job at hand to survival for many employees. The focus is on profit and not growing with news sales resulting in staff reductions. While the products are great there is not much opportunity to sell because the market is saturated. The changes have hit the customer service side of the business hard with a lot of the knowledgeable people leaving including management.
