      Pros

      Fun culture with happy hours, lunches, office snacks etc., lots of job orders to work on = plenty of money to be made, mediocre cost of health benefits (it could have been a lot worse). HI was a fun place to work and taught me a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      Lower base pay than many others in the Denver area. Management was offsite and out of state which led to poor conflict resolution and not seeing where certain employees took advantage of their lax policies. They hired a manager but wouldn't give this person enough autonomy to affect change. Small companies have pluses, but the team culture of the office eventually made me decide to go to another company where I am significantly happier.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
