      Pros

      So many pros; the great team, strong leadership, the ability to progress, to learn and being part of a business that really punches above its weight! I am working in Staffing business since past three years and I have seen people grow and develop so much both personally and professionally. This company rewards hard work and dedication, and as a result I work with a team of people that put their all into what they do every day.

      I've found no cons so far.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
