Pros

Horizontal Integration strives to create a culture that makes coming to work enjoyable. My colleagues, leadership, and work space are top notch. Staffing can be a tough industry to work in, but HI offers autonomy in your daily work and continues to look for new technology and innovation to be the most efficient. The blend of the services HI provides, staffing agency and digital agency, tells a unique story and it is inspiring being part of an organization who strives to be the best in the business on both sides.

Cons

Company 401k match is offered to employees, but could be a little better.

Pros

Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

Cons

TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
