      I have been working with Horizontal for more than an year. There are lot of pros… No pressure They will give you an opportunity to prove yourself No Micro Management Great Indian Managers as well as US Managers Work life balance Value your personal time I am still enjoying working here

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
