      Saturday off No other benefit Company culture not good

      Cons

      Very less opportunities for career growth full of politics, favouritism at its peak People are not helpful Only blame game from managers, they ask what challenges you face If we share challenges they blame on us and do not help at all.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
