Pros

There are some great co-workers that work here.

Cons

Not a great place for women to work. A lot of management, but not a lot of leadership. Difficult to move up since they prefer to bring in leadership from the outside, rather than promote from within.

Thank you for sharing your feelings about your employment with Horizontal Talent. After reading, I feel horrible that you’re feeling like this, especially after winning an award this week for "Best Staffing Firms for Women 2023." This is something I’m personally very proud of. I know we’re far from perfect, but am curious about potential blind spots I may have. I’d love to talk to you more in confidence about how we can become a better place for women to work, and become more "people first." Please reach out to me. Thanks, Jeremy Langevin, Co-Founder and CEO - jlangevin@horizontal.com

Pros

Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

Cons

TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
