      Cons

      PMO rewards and punishments are determined by who cozys up to the PMO Director. If you’re young, pretty and well off you’ll do fine…expect to talk about nannies. Training is awful/non-existent, and the level of micromanagement is toxic. Work/life balance does not exist, you will never see your family. Avoid.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
