onboarding is chaotic. old school HR. Company gives you a role with no support because they 'believe in you', and then drop you if a client happens to drop them in the next quarter but 'thanks for your incredible work and change in what we do'. No dedication to employees and future is definitely not secure unless you're a part of a hidden club.
