      Pros

      The interview scheduling and onboarding process was smooth which was handled by Chaitra Jahagirdar and she co-ordinated from start to end of hiring process and was proactively assisted me. Another person was Abhila Pillai who did counselling and handled my pay and other HR operations through out my tenure with them. No stress and good work life balance. Also Salaries are more than any MNCs in market. Also when I moved to another organisation, the transaction was also smooth which was handled by Abhila.

      Pros

      Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

      Cons

      TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
