- Ambition/aspiration has no place here and career progress goes for a toss in almost all cases
- Doesn't focus on selling project which doesn't have Sitecore or Salesforce component to it
- Layoffs of super loyal employees in the name of not being able to bring business
- No process being followed when it comes to executing projects, sub-standard work is carried out and doesn't follow best or industry accepted practices in general
